New England Reformed Fellowship

The New England Reformed Fellowship began almost twenty years ago as a monthly gathering of pastors concerned about the low spiritual condition of New England churches. These men held to one or more of the confessions that arose from the Reformation. They believed that while only God's power could revive historic Christianity in our region, the chief means he has been pleased to use in the past was preaching that opened and rigorously applied Jesus Christ in all his offices and glory.

The Fellowship meets on the second Tuesday of September through May, to hear a paper presented on a biblical, theological, historical or bibliographical subject, spend time in prayer and fellowship for encouragement.

NERF also sponsors the Bolton Conference, when in late October each year two men are invited to come, usually from out of the region, to speak over two days on a subject of pertinent interest to the several hundred who faithfully come to enjoy this wider fellowship.

PLEASE NOTE: Nothing on our website should be understood to discourage in any way the biblical duty of every person to seek membership in a local Christian church, one that strives to proclaim and live the truth as it is in the Jesus Christ of Scripture. This duty includes church membership, regular attendance at the church's worship services and a commitment to that church of one's Christian love, prayer, good works and financial support.
